Overview
BigBear.ai is seeking a Senior Mobile Software Engineer to architect, implement and deploy cutting-edge solutions that drive mission-critical intelligence. This role is based out of Fort Meade, MD and requires an Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance.
What You Will Do
You will be at the forefront of operationalizing mobile technologies that directly impact mission success. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including analysts, operators, dataflow experts, and mobile engineers, you will drive end-to-end innovation from requirements gathering through deployment monitoring.
- Elicit requirements and design software integrating mission capabilities.
- Engage with customers to drive holistic end-to-end solutions.
- Develop and deploy mobile capabilities in production environments.
- Automate deployments using Infrastructure-as-Code and scripts.
- Enhance system observability, monitoring, and health reporting.
What You Need to Have
Applicants must have production-grade software development experience in Python and a strong background in deploying services on Linux and MacOS. Experience with modern software techniques, C2 systems, SIGINT dataflow, docker containerization, as well as proficiency with Git and Atlassian tools is required. A minimum of 12 years of experience (or a combination with a B.S.) is necessary.
What We'd Like You to Have
Additional desirable experience includes using command line interfaces for mobile devices, vulnerability research, and multi-language proficiency (e.g., C/C++), along with familiarity with production CNO capabilities.
