Your Role as Digital Communications Specialist
We are seeking a Digital Communications Specialist (m/w/d) to join our team as soon as possible. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, overseeing, and developing our digital channels, approaching projects with a structured, goal-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, oversee, and further develop digital channels including the corporate website and social media platforms.
- Serve as the central point of contact for digital topics within the team and an internal interface for other departments, coordinating external service providers.
- Corporate Website: Coordinate and independently perform content adjustments and be responsible for its further development (structure, functionalities). You will play a crucial role in the planned website relaunch project.
- Social Media: Strategically and content-wise manage and develop social media channels, with a focus on professionalizing LinkedIn. Evaluate the strategic relevance of additional channels like Instagram and YouTube, deriving recommendations for a holistic social media strategy.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to create engaging digital content.
- Performance: Link digital channels, work on increasing reach, and drive the implementation of search engine marketing (SEO/SEA).
- Evaluation: Take responsibility for analyzing user data and performance metrics.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or comparable education, with several years of professional experience in digital communication.
- A digital native with a keen sense for digital trends and topics.
- Experience in establishing and expanding digital communication channels and platforms (websites, social media, webinars, blogs, apps, webshops, etc.).
- You embrace challenges, take responsibility, communicate openly and clearly, and work independently and solution-oriented.
- Highly proficient with Content Management Systems and experienced in collaborating closely with IT and various departments.
- Familiar with Search Engine Marketing, Customer Journey, and Marketing Automation, ideally with experience in developing and implementing digital strategies and campaigns.
- A creative mind with organizational talent, team spirit, and a good sense of humor.
- Fluent in German and very good English, comfortable working in an international environment.
- Experience in the chemical industry and/or B2B sector is a plus but not a prerequisite.
