Role Overview

This Project & Business Developer will be responsible for ensuring growth and excellent service level for long-term business growth with BIC Group businesses and local subsidiaries.

Functions

• Define growth strategy and action plans with the Interco Manager.
• Oversee cross-product management, including product development, data maintenance, sales performance, and forecasting.
• Develop new products and packaging with support from Vinci lab, tailored to customer-specific needs.
• Monitor project metrics, track progress, and manage associated tasks to ensure on-time, on-budget completion according to standards.
• Gather and consolidate total customer demand for future forecasting to align stock purchases and production capacity.
• Analyze sales data, collecting and consolidating information from various sources.
• Prepare reports and provide informed recommendations.
• Design and produce necessary communication materials and sales tools.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar field. Marketing and/or Project Management is a plus.
• Fluent business English. French or other languages are a plus.
• Excellent research, analytical, and data interpretation skills.
• Minimum 2-year successful experience within Marketing / Business Development.
• Previous experience in cross-functional projects management.
• Ability to be strategic and operational. Highly pragmatic and results-oriented.
• Operational mindset, decisive in tackling issues, flexible to adapt to quickly changing environments.
• High energy and resilience. Ability to communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand format.
• Proficiency with computer programs, such as Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
