This Project & Business Developer will be responsible for ensuring growth and excellent service level for long-term business growth with BIC Group businesses and local subsidiaries.Functions
- Define growth strategy and action plans with the Interco Manager.
- Oversee cross-product management, including product development, data maintenance, sales performance, and forecasting.
- Develop new products and packaging with support from Vinci lab, tailored to customer-specific needs.
- Monitor project metrics, track progress, and manage associated tasks to ensure on-time, on-budget completion according to standards.
- Gather and consolidate total customer demand for future forecasting to align stock purchases and production capacity.
- Analyze sales data, collecting and consolidating information from various sources.
- Prepare reports and provide informed recommendations.
- Design and produce necessary communication materials and sales tools.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar field. Marketing and/or Project Management is a plus.
- Fluent business English. French or other languages are a plus.

- Minimum 2-year successful experience within Marketing / Business Development.
- Previous experience in cross-functional projects management.
- Ability to be strategic and operational. Highly pragmatic and results-oriented.

- High energy and resilience. Ability to communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand format.
