Role Description

BI Marketing & Services Pvt Ltd is looking for a Sales Engineer (Trainee) to join our team in the Industrial Pumps & Systems sector. This is a full-time, on-site position available in Chennai, Hyderabad, and Cochin.The Sales Engineer (Trainee) will support the sales team by engaging with clients, understanding their technical requirements, and assisting in providing suitable pump and system solutions. The role involves coordinating with internal technical teams, supporting sales activities, and building strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term business growth.This position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to start a career in technical sales.

Key Responsibilities

Eligibility / Qualifications

• BE in Engineering (0–2 years of experience).
• Basic understanding of sales engineering and technical products.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts clearly to customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with good problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to learn and grow in technical sales within the Industrial Pumps & Systems industry.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams.
