As a Math Trainer, you’ll conduct high-impact online classes for students across UKG to Grade 8 using engaging methods and real-life examples to bring math concepts to life. What You’ll Do
- Deliver engaging, intuitive, and joyful online math classes.
- Use real-world stories, analogies, and examples to simplify concepts.
- Customize your approach based on learner needs and age.
- Track progress and share feedback with parents.
- Teach students from India, US, UK, ANZ, GCC & more.
- Follow Bhanzu’s pedagogy and training guidelines.
What You Need
- Strong command over school-level math (UKG–Grade 8).
- Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Excellent English communication with a neutral/clear accent.
- Prior teaching experience preferred (online or offline).
- Quiet space, laptop, webcam, mic, stable internet, power backup.
Time Commitment & Slots (IST)
3 to 6 hours/day | 6 days/week (1 weekday off). Preferred Slot: 2 AM – 7 AM. Final slot allocation will depend on your availability and performance in the selection process.
Compensation
Per-session pay + monthly performance bonuses. Most trainers earn ₹25,000–₹35,000/month. Top performers earn ₹45,000+. Payout varies by slot, sessions handled, and region.
