The Opportunity

Join our team as a Leasing and Site Administrator at The Camby in Cambridge, ON. This role supports our residential rental community with administrative tasks and leasing responsibilities, requiring flexibility for weekend and evening work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administration: Process applications, manage lease administration using Yardi, maintain resident records, handle complaints and emergencies, coordinate move-in/move-out, conduct inspections, manage parking and locker assignments, and provide overall administrative support.
  • Leasing: Schedule and conduct property viewings, qualify prospective residents, promote property features, ensure property standards and assist prospects with applications.
  • Customer Service: Provide superior service to both internal and external clients, respond to inquiries promptly, and foster a strong sense of community.

Who You Are

You have 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, real estate, hospitality, or marketing. A high school diploma is required, with a college diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred. You possess strong communication, organizational, and computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Yardi) and are flexible with your working hours including evenings and weekends. A criminal verification check will be required.
