As a Senior Data Management Practice Analyst, you will ensure that all CtM projects or proposed changes meet Data Management requirements covering Data Privacy, Governance, Security, Quality, and Ethics.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project leads to accurately document Data Management requirements in the DMA within JIRA before projects go live.
• Maintain DMA in line with current policies, standards, and business data needs with continuous improvement.
• Escalate data risks or issues to the Data Risk team and communicate remedial actions.
• Facilitate approvals through appropriate senior stakeholders for effective governance and traceability.
• Coordinate AIDA submissions and approvals for projects involving AI technologies to meet model governance standards.
• Support the Data Privacy team by issuing and monitoring OneTrust assessments ensuring timely completion.

• Experience in project governance, approvals coordination, and compliance.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and OneTrust (training provided if required).
• Basic understanding of GDPR and DPA practices.
