Overview
BGIS is seeking a Data Analyst located in Melbourne CBD, Victoria. In this full-time, permanent, and hybrid role, you will deliver advanced analytical support and provide accurate, actionable insights across operations, assets and finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models.
- Create clear, interactive visualisations to support performance decisions.
- Build and govern datasets, dataflows, and pipelines in Microsoft Fabric.
- Analyse maintenance, asset, financial and customer data to identify trends and risks.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for operational forums.
- Validate data accuracy, KPIs and performance measures.
- Automate reporting and data processes using Power Automate.
- Collaborate with operational and corporate stakeholders to meet analytical needs.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Essential: High proficiency in Power BI including DAX and dashboard development, experience in Microsoft Fabric environments, strong analytical skills and digital capability.
Desirable: Experience with facilities management data, understanding of PMIS/CMMS structures, and passion for adopting new technologies.
