Role Overview: Customer Revenue Management Analyst
As a Customer Revenue Management Analyst at Beyond, you will support internal teams with your revenue management expertise and help accelerate our growth, specifically within our SMB segment. Reporting directly to the Director of Customer Success, SMB, you will provide pricing recommendations, analyze advanced reports and collaborate cross-functionally.
Responsibilities
- Make pricing recommendations at portfolio and listing levels.
- Analyze advanced reports to derive actionable insights.
- Assist partners and customers with revenue strategy via email.
- Monitor and report on revenue health and account risks.
- Support Customer Success team during reviews, webinars, and onboardings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share best practices.
- Assist other business areas as needed.
Qualifications
- Willingness to work in the U.S. Eastern time zone.
- Fluency in English and comfort with translation tools.
- 1+ years in dynamic revenue management or hospitality industry.
- Expertise in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Strong ability to derive insights from data visuals.
- Effective communicator with experience explaining technical concepts.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for solving challenges.
- Experience working with software or ability to quickly learn new tools.

- One-way video interview.
- High-level conversation with recruiting team.
- Short assignment relevant to the role.
- Meetings with Director of Customer Success and team leads.
- Final interview with the Chief Revenue Officer.
