Project Manager Transformation at BEWAHARVEST

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Transformation to spearhead strategic initiatives and transformation programs within our BPO/shared services environment. In this hybrid role, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Manager, focusing on the planning, execution, and monitoring of cross-functional projects. These projects are designed to drive operational excellence and digital transformation, leveraging cutting-edge technologies. The ideal candidate will have direct experience with automation, speech analytics, AI technologies, and CCaaS enablement.

This full-time position is based in Eastwood, Quezon City, operating on a day shift with occasional coordination across international time zones. It's an ideal opportunity for candidates residing in Quezon City, Pasig, or Mandaluyong, ensuring a manageable commute to Eastwood.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Senior Manager to define project objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, encompassing Operations, IT, Quality, and other relevant departments.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Track project progress diligently and provide timely, transparent updates to all stakeholders.
  • Document business requirements clearly and accurately to guide project development.
  • Leverage advanced tools such as automation, AI, speech analytics, and CCaaS platforms to achieve transformative outcomes.
  • Monitor post-implementation performance and recommend continuous optimizations for sustained improvement.
  • Support the documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and facilitate best practice rollouts.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across various operational areas.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, IT, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of recent and relevant project management or operations experience specifically within a BPO/shared services environment.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with automation tools, AI technologies, speech analytics, and CCaaS platforms.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, or similar software.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and proven stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid understanding of scope, risk, and comprehensive stakeholder management principles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or an equivalent project management certification.
  • Previous experience in digital transformation and process optimization initiatives.
  • Exposure to operations, training, or quality functions within an organizational setting.
