Job Description for PLC Engineer – Automation

The role involves PLC & SCADA Software Development for large systems. You will work on the preparation of functional and detailed design specifications, coordinate with Electrical and IT teams, and handle testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of systems.

• Develop PLC controls for Baggage and Parcel Logistics projects
• Utilize advanced knowledge of SIMATIC S7 PLC System using Simatic Manager & TIA Portal
• Program using Statement List, SCL, Structured Text, and S7 pointers
• Work with SIMATIC SCADA Systems (WinCC & WinCC Flexible)
• Integrate industrial protocols such as Profibus, Profinet, and Modbus
• Read electrical drawings, system layouts, and material flow diagrams
• Willingness to travel within India and abroad

Qualifications

Over 5 years of professional experience in PLC controls development, particularly in Baggage/Parcel Logistics projects, with strong technical skills in SIMATIC systems and industrial protocols.
