UX UI Designer - Remote
Estamos buscando un/a UX/UI Designer para ampliar uno de nuestros equipos en remoto.

¿Qué harás?
- Diseñar experiencias de usuario coherentes, usables y visualmente cuidadas.
- Aplicar y evolucionar un design system compartido.
- Crear flujos de usuario, wireframes y prototipos interactivos.
- Colaborar con Product Owners y desarrollo para llevar el diseño a producto.
- Participar en sesiones de ideación, validación con usuarios y definición de MVP.
- Hacer seguimiento de las soluciones implementadas y su evolución real.

Requisitos
¿Qué buscamos en ti?
- 2–3 años de experiencia en UX/UI.
- Inglés básico (mínimo capacidad de leer documentos y/o comunicación hablada).
- Experiencia diseñando productos web, mobile o responsive.
- Dominio de Figma y herramientas de diseño del pack Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc…).
- Buen criterio de diseño visual (tipografía, color, jerarquía).
- Capacidad para trabajar con design systems definidos.
- Nivel de inglés suficiente para documentación y comunicación básica.
Valoraremos especialmente si has trabajado con frontend (HTML/CSS/JS o React), analítica de usuario, test A/B, metodologías ágiles o uso de IA aplicada al diseño.
