We are looking for a Junior Supply Chain Analyst with a good level of English to work in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support auditing processes by reviewing, analyzing, and validating inventory data.
• Identify stock discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions to ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor inventory movements and perform periodic reconciliations.
• Prepare reports, audit evidence, and documentation required by internal or external auditors.
• Analyze historical data to detect patterns, errors, or gaps in processes.
• Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to improve data quality.
• Maintain updated dashboards and KPIs related to stock accuracy and audit performance.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and company policies.

Requirements:

• University Degree.
• High conversational English level.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data cleaning).
• Experience in correcting or reconciling stock discrepancies.
• Ability to work with large volumes of data and ensure its accuracy.
• Communication and teamwork skills.
