Currently, BETWEEN has a team of 1000 people working in the automotive industry, Oil&Gas, retail, etc.

We are expanding our team and are looking for a Business and Product Analyst specialized in API products with extensive experience ensuring the continuous delivery of valuable software to the business. This is for a stable and indefinite project in the retail and Ecommerce sector. The selected individual will collaborate on a major technology project using agile methodology, within collaborative and non-hierarchical teams, demonstrating a high degree of proactivity and responsibility.

Your Role as Business and Product Analyst

As a Business and Product Analyst, your functions will include:

• Breaking down high-level needs into PBIs (Product Backlog Items).
• Writing user stories and epics according to quality criteria, based on the description of high-level needs, leading refinement and planning sessions.
• Organizing the backlog to be understandable by the team and structured by priority.
• Identifying use cases and scenarios for functionalities to be developed.
• Defining, obtaining, and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Co-creating OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) with the Product Owner for the teams.
• Co-creating the vision and strategy for both services with the Product Owner.
• Understanding the APIs of both services: domains, entities, operations, and attributes.
• Knowing the API lifecycle.
• Collaborating closely with development teams to incorporate their knowledge into PBIs.
• Analyzing product metrics to understand product performance.
• Understanding prioritization techniques.
• Maintaining a product mindset regarding value orientation, metric-based decisions, hypothesis definition, and a global vision.
