Display Media Specialist at Better Collective

Are you ready to play a key role in the ambitious growth strategy of one of the fastest-growing companies in sports media? Better Collective is seeking an experienced Display Media Specialist to build, manage, and optimize programmatic and native campaigns across various markets and brands.

We have an immediate opening for a Display Media Specialist with hands-on experience in serving relevant ads through SSPs like Taboola, PropellerAds, and Clickadu. A strong familiarity with abbreviations such as CTR, UTM, CPA, CPC, and CPM is essential.

The Role

As Better Collective’s Display Media Specialist, you will be a vital member of the Display Media team, controlling substantial budgets and deploying new initiatives. You will be accountable for the performance of our marketing efforts in over 15 countries. The team operates across multiple locations, including Copenhagen, London, Thessaloniki, Niš, Bucharest, and Lisbon, so being based in one of these locations is ideal.

You will lead, design, and continuously optimize our strategies to find the most effective digital methods for reaching a high number of high-intent users at the lowest possible cost. Managing large amounts of data, campaigns, and audiences throughout the marketing funnel will be part of your routine. Meticulous tracking of campaign results and reporting KPIs to stakeholders and management is crucial. While acting as a team member, you will also work independently, making clear communication an important aspect of your role.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience managing banners, popunders, native, push notification ads, and other display ad formats.
  • Has a performance mindset and is driven by creating great results.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to successfully run several campaigns at once without jeopardizing quality and results.
  • Has an analytical mindset – constantly reviewing and optimizing active campaigns.
  • A proactive thinker who pays real attention to detail and acts upon any opportunities.
  • Has a solid holistic business understanding.
  • Communication is key, therefore we rely on you to speak up and update the team.

Experience

  • You have experience with a variety of popunders and native campaigns and formats, and have a proven track record.
  • Worked “hands-on” and extensively with display platforms and DSPs.
  • You are experienced in setting up pixels and creating audiences.
  • You are no stranger to remarketing and have experience running multiple tracks across products and markets.
  • Experience with lead generation and affiliate marketing is preferred but not a must.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics or other web analytics tools such as Voluum.
  • Experience with ad serving platforms such as Taboola, PropellerAds, Clickadu and the likes.
