About the Role

The Compliance Analyst Responsible Gaming position reports to the Responsible Gaming Compliance Manager and operates independently to manage regulatory compliance for gaming products and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain internal controls per jurisdiction regulations.
  • Create and implement responsible gaming processes and procedures.
  • Interface directly with regulators and serve as a point-of-contact.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Compliance and other departments.
  • Manage self-exclusion lists and conduct compliance research and reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Experience in online or land-based casino/sports wagering preferred.
  • Background in compliance roles and report writing is ideal.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary ranges between $64,400 and $84,525 with potential performance-based bonuses. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, commuter benefits, PTO, and more.

Gaming Compliance & Licensing

Candidates must obtain necessary gaming licenses and pass comprehensive background checks, in line with state regulations.
