About the Role

The Compliance Analyst – Responsible Gaming is responsible for regulatory compliance relating to online gaming and sports wagering. Operating under the direction of the Responsible Gaming Compliance Manager, this role requires independent work and accountability over internal controls, process improvements, and regulatory liaison activities in Jersey City, New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Responsible Gaming internal controls per jurisdictional regulations.
  • Create and implement processes and procedures for compliance.
  • Interface directly with regulators and serve as a compliance point of contact.
  • Monitor regulatory updates and ensure cross-departmental compliance communication.
  • Assist with periodic product reviews and manage complaint and suspicious activity reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree required with preference for individuals having online or land-based casino/sports wagering experience, report writing skills, and a background in compliance. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and a detail-oriented analytical mindset are essential.

Gaming Compliance & Licensing

Candidates must obtain and maintain necessary gaming licenses and pass comprehensive background checks. Adherence to BetMGM's responsible gaming policies is mandatory.
