About the Role

The Compliance Analyst, Responsible Gaming, operates independently under the Responsible Gaming Compliance Manager. Based in Jersey City, New Jersey, this role manages regulatory compliance for online gaming and sports wagering operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain internal controls for Responsible Gaming compliance.
  • Create and implement processes, Terms and Conditions, and Responsible Gaming Plan content.
  • Interface with regulators and serve as a point of contact in each jurisdiction.
  • Monitor updates to gaming regulations and communicate changes across departments.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and conduct research to prepare reports and communications on regulatory topics.
  • Analyze complaint management and suspicious activity reports, and support remedial actions.

Qualifications & Education

Bachelor's Degree is required. Preferred experience includes online or land-based casino/sports wagering, Responsible Gaming compliance, and internal controls. Strong analytical, organizational, and report writing skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office tools.

Compensation & Benefits

The annual salary range is $64,400 to $84,525, with eligibility for a performance-based bonus plan. BetMGM offers comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Commuter Benefits, Paid Time Off, and more!

Gaming Compliance & Licensing

Employees must be licensed by at least one jurisdictional agency and maintain compliance with the company’s responsible gambling policies, including thorough background checks.
