About the Role

The Compliance Analyst Responsible Gaming operates under the Responsible Gaming Compliance Manager. This role manages regulatory compliance for our products and operations and engages with regulators and internal stakeholders. It is based in Jersey City, New Jersey.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain responsible gaming internal controls per jurisdiction regulations.
  • Create and implement processes and procedures per regulatory requirements.
  • Interface with regulators and serve as a point of contact.
  • Monitor changes in online gaming and wagering regulations and update internal processes.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Manage self-exclusion processes and support marketing compliance.
  • Prepare clear, concise reports, correspondence, and documentation on compliance issues.
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize data for complaint management and suspicious activity reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Experience in online or land-based casino/sports wagering and responsible gaming is preferred.
  • Prior compliance, internal control, or audit experience is an advantage.
  • Strong report writing, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $64,400 to $84,525 annually, with eligibility for a performance-based bonus plan. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, commuter benefits, paid time off, holidays, and employee resource groups.

Gaming Compliance & Licensing Requirements

Candidates must obtain and maintain necessary gaming licenses, including comprehensive background checks and regulatory adherence.
