About the Role

The HOMEBUILDERS Supervisor at Bethany Christian Services is a full-time remote position based in Maine. The role involves supervising the HOMEBUILDERS team and managing clinical supervision of the HOMEBUILDERS Specialist, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and agency policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, develop, and provide weekly supervision to the team.
  • Enforce agency policies through evaluations and administrative oversight.
  • Ensure clinical documentation, model fidelity and quality assurance.
  • Coordinate emergency and crisis coverage, available 24/7.
  • Build strong community relationships and maintain client safety.

Qualifications

  • Master’s in Social Work, Human Services or equivalent with 2 years relevant experience OR Bachelor’s with 4 years.
  • Preferably one year of supervisory experience.
  • Professional licensure preferred though not required in Maine.
  • Strong crisis intervention, communication, and assessment skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.

Additional Information

This remote position requires occasional travel and flexible working hours including some evenings and weekends. A $1,500 bonus is available for eligible candidates. Applicants must reside in one of the designated Maine counties.
