Role Overview

The Senior Engineering Manager Flutter UKI leads multiple cross-functional Product Engineering Teams. You will oversee squads developing products that drive customer and commercial outcomes, ensuring effective CI/CD pipelines, agile practices, and team alignment.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire and motivate Engineering Managers and Software Engineers.
  • Ensure clear objectives, regular 121s, performance reviews and career plans.
  • Build a high performance and results-oriented culture.
  • Oversee agile practices, CI/CD pipelines and technical direction from design to release.
  • Coordinate daily team activities, resolve issues and report progress to senior management.

Skills, Capabilities & Experience Required

  • Proven track record in leading complex software projects.
  • Experience using agile methods for software delivery.
  • Experience with distributed, redundant and transactional systems.
