Role Overview

As a Platform Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of engineers to build and maintain foundational infrastructure, tooling, and internal platforms. You will manage day-to-day operations, provide technical direction, and drive impactful outcomes to enhance scalability and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support teams focused on platform capabilities and infrastructure automation.
  • Mentor engineers through regular feedback, coaching, and development planning.
  • Oversee hiring and onboarding new team members aligning with company culture.
  • Facilitate sprint planning and set clear priorities with stakeholders.
  • Drive project delivery aligned with platform engineering strategy.
