About Flutter Functions
The Flutter Functions division is a key component of Flutter Entertainment, supporting corporate functions such as finance, legal, HR, technology and more to ensure seamless operations and strategic alignment.
Role Overview
The HR Operations Partner with Italian will be a key member of the virtual global team. You will manage and resolve HR queries via Workday Help, guide employees on HR system usage, and drive operational excellence in HR from hire to retire.
Responsibilities
- Act as the go-to expert for "How do I?" HR queries via Workday Help.
- Manage complex Workday hire to retire transactions and mass data uploads.
- Escalate queries to appropriate teams when specialist support is required.
- Monitor end-to-end query resolution and suggest process improvements.
- Support HR-led projects and collaborate with Global HR Operations Partners.
- Build knowledge of local practices and maintain compliance with Flutter standards.
Skills, Capabilities & Experience Required
- Fluency in Italian (advanced) and excellent English skills.
- Previous HR experience supporting Italy or knowledge of Italian labour laws advantageous.
- Experience in a customer service environment and HR Operations.
- Familiarity with enterprise HR systems, preferably Workday.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on employee experience.
- Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality.
- Team-oriented with clear communication across diverse groups.
