About Flutter Functions
The Flutter Functions division supports essential corporate functions including finance, legal, HR, and technology, ensuring seamless operations and strategic alignment.
Role Overview
The HR Operations Partner Italian - Flutter Functions will manage HR queries, guide employees with Workday processes, and drive operational excellence across the employee lifecycle. This role primarily supports EMEA through the Workday Help tool.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the go-to resource for Workday Help queries.
- Process hire-to-retire transactions and mass data uploads in Workday.
- Escalate complex queries to appropriate support teams.
- Monitor query progress and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Support HR-led projects and collaborate globally to ensure consistency and compliance.
Skills, Capabilities & Experience Required
- Fluency in Italian (advanced) and excellent communication in English.
- Knowledge of Italian labour legislation and HR operational support experience preferred.
- Experience in customer service and enterprise HR systems (Workday preferred).
- Ability to manage confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on high-quality outcomes.
