Role Overview
The HR Operations Partner Italian - Flutter Functions plays a crucial role in managing and resolving HR queries via Workday Help. You will guide employees through new HR systems and transactions throughout the hire to retire lifecycle with a focus on the Italian market.
Responsibilities
- Act as the go-to resource for Workday Help queries in EMEA.
- Manage complex Workday transactions and mass data uploads.
- Escalate queries to appropriate teams when specialist support is needed.
- Monitor query resolution and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Support HR-led projects and collaborate with global HR teams.
Skills, Capabilities & Experience Required
- Fluent Italian and excellent written communication in Italian and English.
- HR experience with knowledge of Italian labour legislation (advantage).
- Experience in customer service and HR Operations using Workday.
- Analytical mindset, confidentiality, and collaborative teamwork skills.
