Role Overview
The HR Operations Manager with Italian will join the People Services team, managing operational HR services across the EMEA region. The role emphasizes stakeholder management, driving KPI and SLA excellence, and exploring automation opportunities.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Lead a team handling customer queries and processing Workday transactions.
- Manage people and performance while catering to local HR needs.
- Build strong relationships across global HR Operations teams.
- Oversee KPIs and SLAs to ensure service quality.
- Support People Services projects including Case Management tooling.
Skills, Capabilities & Experience Required
- Experience in HR Shared Services Operational Management internationally.
- Advanced Italian language skills are required.
- Strong written communication in Italian and English.
- Familiarity with Italian labour legislation is a plus.
- Expertise in global HR operations and KPI monitoring.
- Proven stakeholder management and people management skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
