About Flutter UKI

The Role
As an Engineering Manager with Gaming Tribe, you will lead a multi-disciplinary software development team of 6 (4 developers and 2 QAs), drive team growth, manage hiring, and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and motivate a team through performance appraisals and career development.
- Manage hiring, delivery, and serve as liaison with key stakeholders.
- Work with peers to align initiatives and manage project risks.
- Support the product lifecycle alongside product owners and change originators.
- Utilize Scrum methodology to continuously improve team efficiency and quality.
Required Skills
- Technical background with proven leadership on complex software projects.
- Experience with Web projects and defect tracking systems.
- Strong stakeholder management and excellent written and verbal communication in English and Portuguese.
- Expertise in incident management and analytical risk assessment.
