Role Overview

The Engineering Manager Data Marketing will lead a Martech & Growth Intelligence organization. This role requires deep expertise in data-driven growth, customer engagement, and marketing technology, primarily in iGaming, sports betting, or online casino sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers and data specialists.
  • Design and scale systems for referrals, bonus programs, cashback, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Ensure scalability, accuracy, and observability of Martech pipelines.
  • Partner with product, growth, marketing, and compliance teams.
  • Oversee adoption of AWS, Databricks, Python, PySpark, and Martech platforms.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation and ROI-driven decision-making.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record in Martech, growth engineering, or data-driven marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with referrals, bonus systems, and campaign optimization.
  • Experience in iGaming, sports betting, or online casino environment.
  • Strong leadership in engineering or data teams.
  • Proficiency in Python, PySpark, Databricks, and AWS.
  • Excellent communication skills; fluency in English.
  • Ability to work in a global, distributed environment.

Nice To Have

  • Experience with MLOps in marketing models.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and attribution platforms.
  • Skill in executive-level communication and decision-making influence.
  • Understanding of compliance in bonus, cashback, and referral systems.
