Job Description

The CRM Operations Manager will optimize the customer journey and enhance the overall customer experience while supporting the broader CRM team. You will create strategic roadmaps, develop lifecycle communications, and implement operational processes targeting US and Canadian customers to drive long-term engagement and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and develop a multi-skilled team.
  • Manage cross-channel campaigns including email, push, and in-app messaging.
  • Create, implement, and oversee CRM roadmaps and operational processes.
  • Utilize data-driven strategies including A/B testing to optimize campaigns.
  • Present reports and insights to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in CRM roles; leadership experience preferred.
  • Expertise with Customer Data Platforms (e.g., Optimove) and Execution Platforms (e.g., Braze).
  • Strong background in developing retention and lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of the online gambling industry.

Additional Information

Be results-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented. The position also involves scaling operational processes, implementing localized CRM strategies, and collaborating closely with marketing departments.
