Operations Executive, Counter-Strike Skins at Bet On Talent

You'll work for a start-up that's launching the next titan of skin gambling. Bet On Talent needs an Operations Executive to run the engine, serving as the central hub for Payments, Support, and CRM. This role ensures the platform runs flawlessly from launch day. The company is looking for someone who deeply understands the game and its community, with comprehensive training provided for all other aspects of the role.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Platform Operations: Keep a daily eye on site uptime, coordinate game updates, and report technical bugs to the development team.
  • Customer Support Oversight: Assist the Support team by investigating complex tickets, user complaints, payment issues, or technical glitches that require a deeper look.
  • Risk, Compliance & Fair Play: Help with KYC/AML checks and utilize tools to spot fraud, bots, or suspicious betting patterns, investigating player behavior.
  • Connect the Partners: Act as the daily contact for game providers, payment services, tech vendors, and other 3rd parties to ensure smooth operations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Ensure the "unboxing" experience remains relevant and desirable to players.

What You Bring

  • You are a Counter-Strike gamer with a deep understanding of skin rarity, wear levels (floats), pattern indexes, and the "investor" side of the Steam ecosystem.
  • You follow the Pro Circuit, understanding how a Major win or a player's signature can shift the market overnight.
  • 1–2 years in iGaming, fintech, or gaming operations is a plus but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.
