About The Role
We are seeking a bold and proactive U.S.-based Talent Acquisition Partner to lead go-to-market (GTM) hiring initiatives and support our next phase of growth. This role serves as the primary talent strategist for our U.S. leadership team, ensuring the attraction of exceptional talent that aligns with our company values and culture. The successful candidate will act as a key partner to hiring managers, providing strategic guidance and hands-on support throughout the recruitment process. This role requires a proactive mindset, a strong understanding of the U.S. talent landscape, and the ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and stakeholders alike. The Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with the global TA team, acting as the on-the-ground driver for U.S. hiring efforts, and will play a vital role in shaping the future of Qodo’s U.S. presence and culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting within a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proven success in recruiting GTM talent in the U.S., including roles in Sales, Customer Success, Revenue, and Marketing.
- Strong sourcing capabilities with a track record of building pipelines and attracting top-tier talent through creative sourcing strategies.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, offers, and closing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple searches simultaneously.
- Experience working with ATS tools, recruiting dashboards, and structured reporting systems.
- Curiosity and agility in learning new tools, including AI-assisted sourcing and workflow optimization technologies.
- Based in Boston with the ability to work in a hybrid model (2-3 days in the office).
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for U.S. GTM roles, ensuring we attract high-caliber talent aligned with our cultural values.
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing clarity, structure, and sound judgment on hiring decisions to ensure quality and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain active talent pipelines through innovative sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, referrals, networking events, market mapping, and AI-powered sourcing tools.
- Partner with hiring managers to define precise business needs, prioritize roles, and implement structured evaluation and interview processes.
- Deliver a high-touch, transparent, and positive candidate experience that reflects the Qodo brand and values.
- Utilize analytics and recruitment metrics to continuously improve sourcing strategies, funnel performance, and overall hiring efficiency.
- Stay informed about market trends, talent movement, and competitor landscape within the GTM ecosystem to inform sourcing and employer branding strategies.
- Assist in strengthening and communicating Qodo’s employer brand across the U.S. market to attract top-tier talent.
- Own the onboarding experience for new U.S. hires, ensuring they feel supported, connected, and productive from day one.
- Collaborate with the People team to align onboarding practices and manage benefits administration, serving as a trusted guide for employee benefits questions.
