About The Role: Platform Manager

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the functionality of the AllJobs platform to ensure a seamless user experience for both job seekers and employers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and technical departments to develop and implement new features and improvements.
• Monitor platform performance metrics, analyze user feedback, and identify areas for enhancement or troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with developers and designers to ensure timely delivery of updates and new functionalities.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to platform features, processes, and workflows.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to incorporate best practices into our platform.
• Provide technical support and training to internal teams and external users as needed.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions to align platform development with company goals and market demands.
