About The Role
The Performance Marketing Analyst Junior plays a vital role in executing and optimizing paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google and Microsoft Bing. This remote role requires alignment with Pacific Time (PST) core hours and is initially a temporary salaried position for three months, with potential for extension or conversion based on performance.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field is required. Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or analytics. Familiarity with platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and tools such as Google Analytics is preferred.

- Optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as cost per inquiry and enrollment ratios.
- Conduct industry research on digital advertising trends and share insights.
- Perform keyword research and analysis to optimize campaigns.
- Monitor auction insights and provide recommendations on ad content.
