About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to join our University Health team. This role is pivotal in managing the UH Time and Labor Module, ensuring accuracy and integrity of payroll data across interfacing systems. You will serve as a key liaison between HR, payroll, and IT departments, supporting system testing, implementation of updates, troubleshooting, generating reports, and ensuring compliance.
Qualifications
Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Management, Human Resources or a related field, with a minimum of four years of professional experience in payroll or human resources. Experience with Kronos or similar time and labor management software in a healthcare environment is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities are required.
Responsibilities
- Support the UH Time and Labor Module for accurate employee hour processing.
- Test and implement system updates, version changes, and fixes.
- Coordinate between University Health and software vendors.
- Provide training to staff and handle payroll-related inquiries.
- Generate reports, perform data analysis, audits and support compliance reviews.
- Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and staff education materials.
