About the Role
The Cybersecurity Analyst IV - Data Protection is a senior-level role that safeguards data assets through advanced security measures and strategic initiatives. The candidate will lead data protection projects, conduct control assessments, and manage information lifecycle to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (Associate's with certifications acceptable).
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GCIH, GCIA, CEH, or Security+ preferred.
- Minimum of nine years of professional experience in data protection or related fields.
- Deep understanding of GDPR, CUI, and other data protection legislations.
- Experience with cloud environments like AWS and Azure.
Responsibilities
- Lead data protection projects and manage control assessments.
- Implement security measures such as DLP, tokenization, encryption.
- Collaborate with IT, Legal, Manufacturing, and R&D teams.
- Develop and maintain security documentation and compliance metrics.
- Conduct risk assessments, incident response, and digital forensic investigations.
