About the Role
The Contract D365 Business Analyst will serve as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams for a major Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation project. This role focuses on capturing requirements, facilitating workshops, and ensuring the system design aligns with business needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with multiple D365 F&O implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of finance processes within D365 F&O.
- Experience in professional services or project-based environments.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Strong documentation, analysis, and process mapping skills.
- Experience with system integrations and data migration.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into actionable deliverables.
- Lead workshops to map as-is and to-be processes.
- Support solution design and documentation for D365 F&O.
- Collaborate with technical teams on data migration and system integrations.
- Assist in test planning, execution, and defect management.
- Support change management initiatives and user adoption strategies.
- Act as liaison between business and technical teams to meet project milestones.
