Your Missions and Environment as an Elementary Ground Linkage Function Pilot

As an Elementary Ground Linkage Function Pilot, your primary objectives and deliverables will include:

  • Proposing QCDP (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Performance) frameworks for the thermal scope and deciding associated technical orientations in conjunction with various departments.
  • Leading and animating your GFE (Groupe Fonction Elémentaire) Group to propose the best Technical Definition (DT) within the project's deployed QCDP.
  • Piloting supplier convergence for the ground linkage scope.
  • Ensuring timely availability of deliverables from your GF team (numerical models, plans, etc.) or suppliers (prototypes, test results, etc.) within the ground linkage scope.
  • Managing risks within your scope, monitoring ANPQP (Advanced New Product Quality Planning) / POE (Product Operating Environment) follow-up, and ensuring convergence of expectations at project milestones.

Your Skills and Knowledge

You should hold a Master's degree (Bac +5), preferably from an engineering school or equivalent, and possess at least 5 years of confirmed experience in the automotive sector, ideally within the ground linkage domain.
