This position offers flexibility in work location, including fully onsite, hybrid, or remote arrangements. The preferred location is Kapolei, Hawaiʻi, or the U.S. West Coast. Regardless of location, the role requires working American Samoa Standard Time (ASST).

Travel Expectations: This role may require travel up to 25% to support client meetings, planning sessions, and key project milestones in American Samoa.

What You Will Do

  • Conduct and synthesize organizational change readiness assessments, incorporating leadership and staff perspectives.
  • Develop resistance management strategies, escalation paths, and mitigation plans.
  • Support leadership alignment and readiness for system, policy, and process changes.
  • Ensure OCM activities are coordinated with system vendors and other project partners.
  • Guide development of targeted communications tailored to key stakeholders and audience groups.

What You Have

  • Prosci® Change Management Certification.
  • Experience leading organizational change management efforts on complex initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience applying Prosci® or similar change management methodologies.
  • Experience supporting large-scale system, policy, or process transformations (public sector and/or Medicaid experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication skills.
  • Experience working with government or Medicaid agencies.
  • Familiarity with EPMO or enterprise program environments.
  • Experience coordinating change activities across multiple vendors and workstreams.
