Overview

BerryDunn is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Medicaid Practice Group (MPG) as an OCM Subject Matter Expert. You will leverage your expertise in Organizational Change Management along with project management and Medicaid knowledge to help state Medicaid agencies transform and improve their people, processes, and systems.

What You Will Do

Provide OCM services to State Medicaid Agency clients. Responsibilities include:

• Strategy and Planning: Develop OCM strategy and deliverables including plans, surveys, assessments, and artifacts.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and manage project communications and relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Project Delivery: Lead gap analysis, document business processes, mentor team members, and report on project status.

You Have

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; at least 5 years in OCM implementation; 3+ years in a lead or SME role for state government or healthcare organizations; familiarity with MES modernization, CMS guidelines, and Prosci® framework; strong facilitation and relationship-building skills; proficiency in Microsoft applications; and preferred Spanish fluency and consulting experience.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range is approximately $115,000 - $135,000 depending on experience and other factors. BerryDunn offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support physical, mental, career, social, and financial well-being.

Additional Details

This role can be performed remotely or from one of our offices in Portland, ME, Charleston, WV, San Juan, PR, or Phoenix, AZ. The candidate must work Atlantic Standard Time (AST) business hours. Travel expectations are approximately 25–50% for client engagements, workshops, and milestones.
