Responsibilities

  • Setup, adjustment, and operation of machinery/equipment to meet customer specifications.
  • Perform regular line audits to ensure product consistency and quality levels.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical performance or quality issues and make repairs as needed.
  • Perform lubrication and maintain machinery in good mechanical condition.
  • Ensure tooling alignment and proper color matching per customer requirements.
  • Record daily production and scrap figures and report to the Supervisor.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; or three months related experience/training; or equivalent combination.
  • Mechanical background preferred.
