Internet Sales (BDC) Manager
The Internet Sales (BDC) Manager plays a pivotal role in our dealership by leading the online sales department. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and drive the online sales operations, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, exceptional customer service, and overall departmental success.

Responsibilities:
- Support dealership success through collaborative teamwork
- Maintain high customer service via prompt online responses
- Train Sales Specialists on CRM, online sales, and follow-up
- Collaborate with Marketing to create engaging online content
- Motivate team members to meet and exceed sales goals
- Prepare regular performance and metrics reports
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Internet Sales (BDC) Management
- Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with online sales tools, CRM software, and digital marketing platforms
- Knowledge of auto industry trends and products
- Results-driven with strong organizational abilities
- Experience in training and motivating teams
