Automotive Sales Manager
Berman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a motivated and experienced bilingual Sales Manager to lead our sales department. This role is centered on achieving sales targets, ensuring outstanding customer service, and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Train, coach, and mentor sales staff
- Maintain high customer satisfaction
- Ensure efficient department operations meeting KPIs
- Analyze sales data and adjust strategies
- Foster a positive, high-energy sales environment

Qualifications:
- 3+ years in automotive sales with 1+ year in Sales Management
- Bilingual; Spanish fluency highly preferred
- Proven leadership and motivational skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Customer service orientation with relationship building skills
