The Job
Support the rollout, refinement, and governance of capabilities centred on automation, analytics, and artificial intelligence within a modern Microsoft environment. Collaborate closely with stakeholders from different areas to uncover business requirements, transform them into concrete deliverables, and contribute to the strategic direction and roadmap for processes and applications. Oversee and prioritise a steady stream of initiatives involving workflow automation, low-code development, and AI-enhanced features. Partner tightly with technical delivery teams while sustaining clear and proactive communication with all involved parties to ensure successful project execution. Operate within a compact, agile team structure where individual efforts produce tangible, high-visibility outcomes. Take full ownership of initiatives from initial concept through design, prototyping, testing, deployment, and post-launch support. Gain wide-ranging experience across diverse aspects of digital workplace technology in a flexible, evolving professional services context.
Candidate Profile
Have you 3-5 years of hands-on experience working as a Business Analyst, ideally within a team dedicated to modern digital applications or workplace productivity tools? Proven expertise in examining processes, collecting and clarifying requirements, and engaging users effectively is crucial. A strong grasp of low-code approaches along with key Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft 365, Power Platform (including Power Apps and Power Automate), Copilot for Microsoft 365, and related cloud-based modern workplace solutions is required. Knowledge of Agile methods, product development cycles, and managing priorities or backlogs is essential. Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, with confidence interacting across all organisational levels are a must. The capacity to operate both autonomously and as part of a tight-knit group, while consistently delivering quality results on time and adapting to shifting demands in a small-team context is highly valued.
