General Description
Provide project support for RWD analyses and RWS.
Responsibilities
- Develops individual protocol/SAP and determines appropriate statistical methodology.
- Participates in database design meetings to ensure data quality and analysis requirements.
- Collaborates with statistical programming staff to ensure programs meet analysis and external requirements.
- Performs key and innovative analyses and interprets results, preparing oral and written reports.
- Reviews statistical documents during project initiation, conduct, and reporting when external vendors are involved.
- Involved in research activities for innovative statistical methods and applications.
- Prepares materials and conducts training for internal/external audiences.
- Provides statistical consultation and review to other functions (e.g., clinical development or commercial).

- PhD or equivalent degree in statistics/biostatistics or related discipline, or a Master’s degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.
- Basic knowledge of statistical analysis methodologies and experimental design.
- Basic working knowledge of statistical and data processing software (SAS and/or R).
- Basic presentation, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn, be proactive, motivated, and focus on details and execution.
- Demonstrates interest in statistical research and application of novel methods.
