General Description

The New Hire Orientation & AI-Enabled Learning Experience Intern will play a crucial role in modernizing BeOne Medicines' onboarding processes and internal communications. This will be achieved through the innovative application of AI-powered content creation. The focus of this internship is to automate orientation experiences and collaborate with business leaders to develop engaging, AI-generated learning materials utilizing cutting-edge tools such as Synthesia, advanced avatar technology, and various other generative AI platforms.

This intern will significantly contribute to reimagining how onboarding content is designed, produced, and delivered at scale, enhancing the overall employee experience at BeOne Medicines.

Essential Functions Of The Job

• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to redesign New Hire Orientation content.
• Convert existing presentation materials into dynamic AI-generated video content.
• Create professional AI avatar-based presentations using tools such as Synthesia.
• Draft compelling scripts specifically optimized for digital and AI video delivery.
• Standardize and automate onboarding modules across different regions and functions.
• Analyze feedback data to continuously improve and refine the onboarding experience.
• Explore additional AI tools and technologies to further enhance employee learning and communication initiatives.
• Develop scalable templates for future AI-based internal communications, ensuring consistency and efficiency.

Computer Skills

• Experience with Synthesia or similar AI video platforms is highly valued.
• Familiarity with onboarding or learning management systems (LMS) is beneficial.
• A strong interest in digital transformation and automation technologies.
• Comfortable learning and applying new AI content-generation tools.
• Basic video editing or digital media experience is preferred.

Other Qualifications

• Strong writing and storytelling skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to translate complex business content into clear, engaging messaging.

Bachelors: $27/hour USD

Masters: $30/hour USD

Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible for an incentive compensation plan.
