Education Required

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, HR Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.

General Description

The AI & People Analytics Intern will play a crucial role in transforming survey data into actionable, predictive insights that drive strategic talent decisions. This position integrates statistical analysis, AI-enabled modeling, and executive-level storytelling to enhance data-driven decision-making through 2030.

The intern will engage with datasets related to employee engagement, performance, retention, and organizational effectiveness to develop predictive models and compelling business narratives. This role also supports the 2030 HR Project.

Essential Functions Of The Job

• Analyze employee survey data (engagement, pulse, lifecycle, onboarding, exit) using advanced statistical and AI-based methodologies.
• Clean, structure, and rigorously validate datasets to ensure analytical integrity and accuracy.
• Build robust predictive models (e.g., attrition risk, engagement drivers, performance correlations).
• Conduct comprehensive driver analyses and segmentation to pinpoint actionable insights.
• Translate complex quantitative findings into clear, executive-ready dashboards and impactful business narratives.
• Support the development of dynamic data visualizations utilizing tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Support the automation of recurring reporting processes through AI tools and workflow optimization.
• Present key findings to HR and business stakeholders, offering clear, strategic recommendations.

Computer Skills

• Exposure to AI/ML modeling frameworks.
• Experience working with survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Glint, CultureAmp).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Products (e.g., Excel, Co-Pilot).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

Other Qualifications

• Solid understanding of statistical concepts (regression, correlation, predictive modeling).
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise business insights.
• High attention to detail and unwavering commitment to data integrity.

Pay Rates

• Bachelors: $27/hour USD
• Masters: $30/hour USD
