Product Sales Engineer Structural - Bentley Systems
Bentley Systems is looking for Product Sales Engineers who want to shape the future of infrastructure through digital transformation. In this role, you will combine technical expertise with business development to help leading organizations adopt Bentley’s solutions. By building strong relationships with decision-makers and demonstrating the value of our software, you will drive growth and directly impact how infrastructure projects are delivered across India & SAARC.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for selling Bentley’s Structural & Offshore products to new users.
- Qualify and close transactional inbound and usage-based opportunities.
- Expertly use LinkedIn and other social media means to engage prospects and lead generation.
- Design and deliver Sales Campaigns and Outcome based Live Sessions.
- Create effective business plans to prospect for net new business opportunities and drive sales in assigned territory to exceed quota.
- Develop relationships at various levels including C-Level, VPs, Directors, Design heads with target accounts through use of direct sales techniques and conduct virtual meetings.
- Develop a sales pipeline and forecast all revenue by effectively following sales process and managing all opportunities in CRM.
- Adhere to the Bentley Sales Process fully utilizing Salesforce as a daily sales tool and reporting system.
- Promote our value proposition to designers, thought leaders, engineers, contractors, and owners by providing technical solutions to help the customer meet or exceed business objectives.
- Maintain a detailed knowledge and understanding of all Commercial Offerings and Software Support Policies.
- High level use and comfort utilizing social media and prospecting intelligence resources.
- Negotiate sales and/or service agreements.
- Maintain a high knowledge level of the company's solutions and services.
- Ability & Willing to travel across region.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Structural Engineering.
- Preferred minimum 3 years of experience within an engineering organization.
- Familiarity with Structural Analysis / Design codes like IS 1893, IS 13920, IS 456, other international design codes etc.
- Proficiency with Bentley STAAD, Familiarity with RAM, SACS and other structural analysis products an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle, from feasibility studies and design through planning approvals, construction supervision, and project close-out is a plus.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- A pleasant non-intrusive manner, positive attitude, eye for detail, resourceful and inquisitive.
- Self-starter, driven and accountable.
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and coordinate activities.
- Excellent English. Other languages are an advantage.
- Software proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general business applications is required.
- Excellent cross-collaboration skills with various internal departments.
- Ability to showcase the product through canned videos / quick product demo if required.
