The Opportunity: Client Relationship Manager
We’re hiring a Client Relationship Manager to become a key part of our Support Team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for new clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service from the moment they engage with us. You’ll also nurture our relationships with valued Corporate Partners, helping strengthen and develop long-term referral networks.

What You’ll Be Doing
Customer Support & New Client Processing
- Act as the main point of contact for new customers, handling enquiries via phone and email professionally.
- Provide first-line support and deliver excellent customer service at all times.
- Set up new clients accurately on the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance the client journey and increase retention.
Corporate Partner Relationship Development
- Nurture and maintain positive relationships with existing Corporate Partners.
- Assist with setting up new referral agreements.
- Provide regular updates and handle Corporate Partner enquiries.
Compliance & Standards
- Follow all company procedures and FCA regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate notes and escalate any conflicting information to management.
- Ensure GDPR and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles are consistently embedded in daily work.
About You
