Job Description
About Benne: Bangalore Heritage Dosa
Benne, founded by filmmaker Akhil and psychologist Shriya, emerged from a shared passion for authentic Bangalore-style dosas. Unable to find their childhood favorite in Mumbai, they meticulously perfected a recipe, realizing that the true essence of a great dosa lies in the honor, respect, and care invested in its creation, beyond just simple ingredients.

- HR Operations Across Locations: Standardise Human Resources Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all outlets and the central kitchen. Monitor critical metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, and productivity. Implement and manage HR Management Systems (HRMS) and reporting dashboards for data-driven insights.

Develop and implement engaging initiatives to improve employee retention and satisfaction. Partner closely with Operations leadership to cultivate and maintain a high-performance culture throughout the organization.
