Responsibilities

• Shape high-leverage product experiences.
• Design exceptional UI and UX from concept to delivery using best-in-class tools for rapid exploration and high quality.
• Ensure all experiences are intuitive, effective, and delightful.
• Design with AI: Utilize AI agents to transform ideas into interactive prototypes, integrate with design systems, iterate based on feedback, and generate production-ready frontend code.
• Prototype rapidly for validation, moving between lo-fi exploration and production-realistic prototypes to test interactions and accelerate development.
• Co-create with PMs and engineers from the outset, defining UX requirements early, supporting development through QA and release, and making engineering-aware design decisions.
• Measure and improve product performance by tracking funnels, retention, and adoption, using both qualitative and quantitative data to assess design effectiveness.
• Identify high-leverage opportunities within the product backlog, align stakeholders, and deliver improvements to unlock business value.

Post-onboarding, you may work from our Milan or London offices, or remotely from approved countries, as agreed during the offer stage.
